Cashchik, I know exactly what you mean! Ever since I stopped working out, I feel EVERY ache and EVERY pain and I have more than I ever thought I would.
I went on the treadmill the other day, just because I said to myself that I am TIRED of waking up every morning HURTING. It's not "mattress" hurting, it is joint aches and pains. Another thing I have noticed is that (and don't laugh!!) my rear end for the last week feels VERY Heavy!! LOL! Like it is sagging to the ground when I walk, and I can FEEL the gravity taking hold of each one of my butt cheeks and pulling down..=) Every time I walk, I wonder if it is shaking around and will hurt someone!
Okay, so now, I am convinced the only thing to make me feel better is to be on that treadmill again. It is going to take me sometime to get back up to speed, but I am starting out slow. The back of my ankle also has a torn tendon that is healing (probably from my weight and all of the bending and squatting I do at work. I am sure the pressure put on my ankles when I squat has got to be unbelievable). I've had it for over six months, and it will heal and then all I have to do is shift weight while standing and I will feel it tear again. *sigh* So I am just going to take it easy and hope that I hold up to be able to keep walking things out. I can't wait any longer for my foot to heal all the way before I get back to walking.
That was enough to motivate me. The pain of NOT doing it!
