I would try the dryer sheet and see what happens. I read once that dry air in the house can cause static. You could try using a dehumidifier in her room. Or put a little bit of hairspray on a hairbrush and brush the hair. A girl I used to work with swore she used to rub an ice cube over her hair to get the static to go away. Strange, but I thought I'd pass it on! ~Lisa
