I'm hoping for an Alaskan as POTUS after the product of the cesspool that is Chicago politics is done milking the federal government for all it's worth to pay back all of those people who helped him along the way.

Joe soured on McCain, I share his distaste. I too held my nose and voted for the lesser of two evils. Here's hoping that in 2012 we have a Republican running that understands what Reagan believed -- government is the problem. Unfortunately the current POTUS is a big government Republican. We need a choice between two distinct people, not a choice that is merely different shades of the same color.

All Joe did was ask "the one" a direct question. He caught him off guard because nobody ever asked him any real questions and he answered honestly. Joe did us all a favor.

PS Given the fact that "the one" endorsed that dirt bag governor 4 times. Given all of the interconnected ties in Chicago style politics... Given the huge raise his wife got following his election to the Senate (and the money that then flowed to her employer)... The land purchase, the board seat for Mrs. "the one" on a company that is completely outside of her realm of expertise... It's only a matter of time until the stench coming out of Chicago starts to stick to "the one" who can do no wrong.

The only question is will the same media who got him elected, actually do any real investigative reporting. I doubt it. I hope he has a successful FOUR years as President. I hope our country remains safe and that our economy turns around. I hope that he was able to thrive in that cesspool of corruption and remained clean.
