We stopped once they graduated from high school. I have 14 nieces and nephews on my side of the family. The only exception is one niece on DH's side of the family -- she is an only child and since we have three kids and they send birthday and Christmas gifts to my kids, I continue to send to her even though she's in college. I'll probably stop once she graduates.
