I hadn't heard about that. I don't see any reason on earth why he should -- or could, unless he's his mother's administrator! -- release them. If they don't believe the state-issued certificate (and the newspaper report of his birth), why would they believe medical records? Besides, those aren't really his, they're his mother's. The whole thing is just silly harrassment.
