You might consider including more cinnamon and/or cranberry (100% juice or whole berries) in your diet. Both are very effective at preventing yeast infections, natural, and won't cause any nasty side effects...so why not?! Cinnamon in particular eliminates the bacteria and fungus which cause infections.
