My belly has gone down significantly since I have been doing Pilates which I started at the end of March. Also doing aerobic exercise such as walking, swimming, or bike riding will help. Many people don't realize how much they are eating. Keep a food journal for a week and write down every morsel then you will know exactly much you are under or overeating.
