I agree, that really sucks. I don't know what state you're in, but that just doesn't sound right to me, and I wonder if your attorney understood what you were saying. I was a paralegal for 12 years (in NC and SC), and WC is mandated to allocate an injured worker 66 1/3% of his/her salary. I know different states have different laws, though.
