When a person (Sarah Palin) puts herself on a very public stage, and one of things she espouses is how "good" she is and how she can run the country--she opened herself, ergo her family up for rumours, inneuendos, gossip and speculation.
Having had a 17 y/o niece who go pregnant and married into a worthless, law breaking, abusive family, I can say that yeah, our family has been there and done the whole unwed teenage mother "thing". Based on what has been reported about the "baby daddy" and his mother--I stand by my statement of cutting them out of the picture if at possible. It will greatly decrease the heartache and sorrow in the future for the baby and the mom.
