I do this too! I only keep one stick out, but it's never tasted bad or sour. I know it's a dairy and should spoil, but it's soooo yummy when it's soft.

It's a dairy, please don't leave it out on the counter top. (just to soften is fine, but put it up afterwards).. lol |
