When I was about 14..my brother, sister and I were in our neighborhood, a block from the house in suburban Southern MD. A man pulled up beside us and started to act bizarre, talking strangely. I forget now what he was saying. He pulled a knife out on my brother ( who was like 11 at the time ) & was saying he could hurt us with it..It was very bizarre !

Once in jacksonville, I lived in an apt. building. I had groceries in the car trunk..kept going back and forth to get the stuff...I bent down to get my bags when a man ran right beside my car. I heard a woman yelling to stop him, he was a flasher. The apt building was right beside a high school ball field..the man was watching the girls practice while , let's say, pulling his pudd, choking his chicken..you get the idea....

so, the police were called..all I said was the man ran beside my car and I pointed to the direction he ran towards.
