I just finished _The Broken Window_ by Jeffery Deaver (a Lincoln Rhyme book - I love those :-) and _Against Medical Advise_ by James Patterson and Hal Friedman. It's a non-fiction book about Hal Friedman's son who was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome at age 5 - it was very, very good. I'm just getting ready to crack open _Tailspin_ by Catherine Coulter.
