I used to use it but haven't in a long time. I once got a response from the local Dairy Queen when I complained about the outside posted prices being different than the computers prices (ie: the price I was charged was about 15% more than it should have been). The manager responded to me and said that nothing had changed in over a year so apparently the prices were wrong for a year (in their favor) and I was the first to bring it to their attention. I got a coupon for a free blizzard. We don't go there often (about once a year) and I always make sure the prices match up (but I do that everywhere). I made about 5 other compliments and/or complaints and never heard anything. I thought they were gone (or at least they were for awhile)
