Tradition.... started out with each of my children that the first time they were "allowed" to do a NYC trip was when they turned 11. It has worked out GREAT! 2 of my 4 have passed the mark, enjoyed the trip and are telling the second two all about it....

So now, I'm ready again, and my oldest is 18. New tradition! 2nd trip will be at 18....

Yes, it's a different trip than the 11th.

Tell me how, tell me what you would do, where you would go, what you would see...

Not that they have super clear memories of the first trip. We did a show, we did the ESB, TOTR, SOL, CP, WTC, (one before, one after) so we could and WILL touch on those again, but now, I have an 18 yr old son... he's ready for pre-adult stuff... I need recommendations!

One of his requests is to just hang, walk around, shop, see.... I can do that... one of my requests is a show, something Broadway, something memorable, something lasting... we both agree we want to do what the other wants.

Specifically interested in... shows, comedy, off or on broadway..... restaurants, clubs ??? shopping..... things that an 18 yr old would remember, appreciate, enjoy

Give me some ideas ....
