We need to hire a "babysitter" for my mom while I work..We need to do this legally..We would pay 12 dollars an hour-"under the table " if it were done that way..So it would be more done in the correct manner..Sitter would be at our home about 25 hours per week..Not sure how that works with taxes taken out of check etc, 1099 forms etc..Any tips or sites to recommend??
