Yes, I've had that one before. It's very annoying. Try running AVG and SpyBot (I think it's called). That might get rid of it. . .if not the Geek Squad online service is very good. They charged me $100 and literally ran like 20 different scans (it took 3 days) all just over the computer. . .I didn't have to actually take it in. HTH
