I am a spouse. The military life can be incredibly challenging, awful, nerve wracking, and make one feel like they have not an ounce of control. Then it's a whirlwind and it can be very rewarding, relaxing, and a time of pride. Each person deals with it differently and your son will either succeed or fail. If he succeeds, be prepared for a different man to come out of his experience, and I mean different. He will be responsible, committed, and resilient in all aspects moving forward.

Let him go, let him grow.
