Do your kids have cell phones? --no, not yet
If so, how old were they when they got a phone? --he will be getting one this summer. He is currently 12 years old.

Do your kids have a texting plan? --no, he won't.
Do any of your kids have a data plan (allows them to download apps, do email, surf the internet)? --no, he won't.

How did you pick the cell phone your kid uses? --I have a Virgin Mobile phone, and my son will have the same style that I have - a pay as you go TNT!.

Is there peer pressure for your kid to have a particular kind of phone? --I'm sure there is. A lot of the kids at his school like the ones with the QWERTY type of letters, easy to text type.

Have you used or ever considered using one of those tracking programs like on Verizon Chaperone to track where your kid is? --As protective as I am, no. I am super protective, but there is already a small type of tracking on the phones anyway.

Most Importantly - what kind of phone is your kid using right now? --None. He will be getting a TNT! Virgin Mobile phone this summer.
