Yes, I have noticed this...In fact, yesterday this happened to the guy in front of me...The cashier didn't thank him and the guy got all mad and said "THANK YOU! COME AGAIN!" really loudly. Yikes. I agree that the customer service these days stinks. It has hit a new low. Most (not all) act like they are doing you a favor to ring you up and wait on you. ~Lisa
