Jyoti says she's proud to be the smallest girl in the world and seems happy with her size. That's so good because she's TINY. She's 1ft 11½in tall. I've had dogs that were taller than that. She's 15 years old and only weighs 12 pounds. My cat weighs fourteen pounds. I wish they were airing the special in the US but may be it will be available online after it airs.
