Well, the problem is that I already paid him bcs it was a Buy it now. But after I looked at the picture of it-it just did'nt seem like that size was right-so I asked him to make sure. Now he refunded me $27 instead of $34 without even waiting for a reply from me. He said that bcs I already paid and changed my mind, he cant not even go through the proper steps to get the relist credit or closing fees-ebay no longer offer that option. And now he's mad at me bcs I won't take any responsibility and feels that I should out of good nature at least offer him something for hassle. Should I file a claim thru Paypal?
