LOVED Lion King on Broadway. That would have had to be my favorite.
I really liked A Chours Line, also Streetcar Named Desire (off-broadway with Jessica Lange and Alec Baldwin). Les Mis depressed me too much, didn't care for it. Miss Saigon was also depressing, but good. Growing up in NY, I was so fortunate to be able to see shows frequently. My friends and I would get 1/2 price tickets on the day of a show and see lots, both on and off Broadway. I couldn't even remember all of the shows I saw.
