They've both found part-time, summer into the school year jobs. My son works about 12 hours/week at a Walgreen's and also works with a tree surgeon on his off-days. My daughter, in addition to the odd babysitting job, works about four hours a week at an optometrist's office and also just got a job at a new McDonald's scheduled to open in about two weeks. I'm very proud of both of them for treating getting a job like a job. The market is so tough for kids right now.
