Our oldest DS(17) is working at a waterpark. When he's not working there, he's working for our construction business (only M-F though).

Youngest DS (15) is doing odd jobs around the neighborhood. He's presently painting the IL's barn and as soon as thats done, he'll move to the neighbors.
