I think my main concern is that from what has been said...Joe is still a part of Katherines life. They live in seperate towns, but are not divorced, or even legally seperated and from all accounts, still spend a great deal of time together. Of course, the information being spead all over the news may not be telling the entire truth. It will probably come down to the will or a judge deciding the future of these children.
