There was another thread here about "Paypal charging fees now". You might look for that for additional information.

I posted that I cashed out at TestSpin.
My $10.00 became only $8.20 in my PayPal account.
All the rest went for fees!

I am happy to report that I just cashed out at QR and received every penny of my money from PayPal -- no fees were deducted!
