I do not understand this at all. I would think it there are fees then just the way it is, this seems to be selective here. Like QR no fees, but yet others have fees. I was told by where I cashed out that she sent money from her paypal accout. So the rep from paypal told me was wrong. There has to be someone that we could get a straight answer from. Any suggestions?
