I eat fish and shrimp. I eat eggs every morning practically. Mushrooms can also replace meat in many recipes and although they tend to be highly processed I do occasionally indulge in "fake" meat. For example I love FLT (facon, lettuce, tomato).
I don't eat too much tofu or tempeh I grew up eating Italian food and I need hearty fare lol! Usually I just omit the meat for example burritos and lasagna and either replace with rice or spinach or just leave it out.
