You can call it racist if you want. It's fairly well documented, both here and elsewhere, that India is responsible for a very high percentage of internet/email spam. As for how much people are working for, a penny per link had nothing to do with the country where it's coming from....I'd figure that's just a going rate for that kind of thing. Afterall, many in the US click on penny links through rewards sites, don't they?

As for stinks...third world countries tend to not be as hygiene-conscious as the US, and yeah, I'd imagine that it stinks. It's not racist, it's just a fact. In my line of work, we occasionally have issues with folks coming from other countries/cultures and having body odor issues that have to be dealt with. I do not recall a similar situation with non-foreign nationals, but I'm sure it happens just not to my first-hand knowledge, Also, lots of my contacts in Iraq and Afghanistan have talked about the odor of the folks that they are mentoring....these folks just don't have access or income to spend "frivolously". But if you think I'm a racist, I'm OK with that too.
