Won an auction that listed specific amount for shipping and handling fees. I get my invoice and the s&h fees are $10 higher. Can that be done? I really do not want the item if I have to pay excessive shipping costs. The item is a painting which is large, but his listed shipping costs are around $27. Now he is listing them as $37. What to do?
