Our family has been pretty fortunate in this area. DH has a full-time job, I have been a substitute teacher almost full-time all year, and have done ok being a Homemade Gourmet consultant, and was able to pick up a job at a giftshop down at our locals only beach. DS #1 (just finished his first year of college and is home for the summer), has two jobs. One is construction work from 7am-5:30pm., Monday-Friday. He also picks up extra shifts at the grocery store every few days. My 16 yr. old has been working as a dishwasher for the last year at a restaurant. He also babysits a lot in our neighborhood-all of this on top of keeping up w/ high school baseball. Our family is blessed that we have ample jobs. While we are working our butts off, we thank our lucky stars every day!!!!
