Two questions:
how often can you color? I did mine 5/30 and the gray is coming back already
The word ash in the color..is it a good thing or bad thing...I have heard different opinions..

Well, you can color every 4-6 weeks, but 6-8 is better. The gray will come back soon, because your hair grows about half an inch per month. I try and stretch to 6 week if possible. I only do roots most of the time, though.
Ash has a greenish cast to it and my mom always told me to stay away from it. I agree.
