With my hair, it's getting harder and harder to cover the grays completely also. I've been coloring my hair at home for awhile now and overall I'm happy. I use Preference by Loreal. I've tried other otc but this one covers the best for me.

I've thought about trying Sally's. Groovey girl, how much does it cost and how would I know what to buy. I can pick a color but since I always buy a prepackaged box - I don't know what to buy exactly at Sally's. Is it cheaper to buy it thru Sally's? If it is a couple of big bottles of stuff, how do you know how many ounces of stuff to mix together? Help a little more, please!

Will I save money??? DH is getting losing his job at the end of this month and every penny counts in our household right now.
