Susiecat run do not walk and get that blender, your missing out on some great healthy drinks.. Lately I have been on a yogurt/fruit smoothie kick now that the warm weather is here. I just add 1/2 low fat milk one cup plain vanilla yogurt and diced up strawberries, blueberries, banana's and one tablespoon of wheat germ and crushed ice so delicious. You can mix in any fruit or even fruit flavored yogurt. Sometimes I only use fresh fruit like watermelon and peaches and crushed ice and make slushies as well. I have not done any vegetables because I eat them all the time. However with a juicer like I have you can put any vegatables in there its so healthy and so good. I also sometimes put my vitamins in there and crush them right along with the smoothies. Good luck and plmk how you made out.. Peace. Catherine
