I agree...texting is not the problem. I think paying attention to where you are walking and taking reponsibilty for your own actions is! I don't think it would have mattered if she was texting, reading a book or looking for something in her purse, she wasn't paying attention to where she was walking....if she had been, it wouldn't have happened.. Willing to bet you this will end in a lawsuit, I am sure the lawyers are lining up rubbing their hands together....
