More than 50% of all bankruptcies are caused by the cost of healthcare. This includes people with "good" health insurance.

Yes, this is different than the cost of Health insurance and it is an important point. Medical costs are skyrocketing due to many factors.....malpractice insurance premiums, cost of excessive tests run so Dr's cya and don't get sued, costs of pharmaceuticals, that pay for ads for every new "made up" condition....on and on and on. The bankruptcies are also caused in part by people not understanding the coverage they purchased and not having adequate coverage when something bad happens. JMHO......
