Why did MJ continue to allow himself to be put in the position where he could be accused? Shows a lack of judgement, poor decision making skills AT BEST.
At worse it indicates that he had compulsions/desires that he chose not to control.
Compound that with the money, the fame and various "hangers-on"? MJ made some bad decisions. Pure and simple.
