We make them by using a small round tupperware thing that is the same size as the English muffin. Spray with Pam (or equivalent). Crack egg and fork it a few times to break the yoke. Microwave on low power for about 2 minutes.

You can buy the canadian bacon rounds in the grocery; usually found near the lunchmeat.

No specialty instrument required.
