This is how I make mine.I use a microwavable coffee cup.Put a slight amount of butter around the insides.Pour the small egg (egg and yolk pre-mixed together) into the cup.Microwave for ,I don't know about 30 sec. or so, you have to watch it,then just before its about done,put your cheese on top and microwave another 15 sec.or so.When done just use a butter knife to loosen around the edges and it should slide right out.
