We make these for dinner some nights, I have a small rectangular pan and I put 8 eggs in a bowl, wisk it with a little milk and then pour it in the sprayed pan. Then I cook it in the oven for ? I don't know, between 10-20 minutes and then when it's cooked, we add bacon and cheese to english muffins... It's easy to cut these into squares and put on the muffin!
