I don't know where your kids are going to school, but dorm rooms are pretty small! There really isn't a lot of room for all of that stuff. Also, there is a campus store where they can get sundries, etc. when they need them. I know we brought a bunch of stuff home on my son's first break because it wasn't being used.

Side note--the number of boxers and socks you send will equate to the frequency of laundry! Freshmen year I sent my son with 2 weeks worth of each....bad idea!
