Our vet is a wonderful lady. She has been Duchess' vet for close to 5 years. She called me this afternoon to tell me she is looking into just what you were talking about. Apparently because she is a vet, she has access to certain programs and organizations that we don't. Or perhaps she knows about them, but either way, she said she would be calling some of them and would let me know what she could come up with.
