Duchess, I'm certainly no expert, and I don't know if dogs are built the same way we are, but it certainly sounds like the bulge is pressing on the nerves that control bladder and bowels. She can't help it if she pee's, poor thing; she must be upset about doing a 'naughty' on the car seat when she knows she is not supposed to. I know you are not mad at her for it. I hope she gets to feeling better. Gosh, stories like this just break my heart.
