I take a sublingual B-12 every day, I was taking 5000mcg, but since my last lab came back super high

I'm only taking 2500mcg now. I feel SO much better. I was deficient even though my level was in the "normal" range according to the lab. And I know I've had this problem for over 10 years because I had the same symptoms that have now cleared up. And yes you just pee out what you don't need. I'm taking cyanocobalamin since that's easily available and cheap and obviously worked, but if I could find methylcobalamin in stores I'd be taking that instead.
I was taking calcium for a while but have slacked on it. Calcium citrate is absorbed better than carbonate, but hydroxyapatite is better. I haven't seen it in stores but I haven't looked everywhere.
