During the summer, I will go w/o hose or nylons.
During the winter, I'd freeze my A$$ off if I didn't wear hose, tights, or some sort of leg coverings. We often have not only below freezing, but negative temperatures!
Thus, I will wear stockings, hose or tights w/ my boots and a dress.--Occasionally, I will wear them under pants as well.
Frankly, I find the right kind of stocking/hose to be quiet sexy (and a lot of men do as well!
)
