Whew ladies at 46 years old I am so tired of getting my period it is one friend I wish would disappear forever. At this point in my life I paid my dues lol, I had my children, have had it since I was 11 years old, suffered as a teenager with the worst cramps. Fast forward during child bearing years my period while every 28 days and very heavy bleeding my not too bad. However lately like the last year and half its sooooo horrible, it comes every 22 days while it is shorter, the cramps are like sometimes labor pains, my stomach is so sore, the mood swings, the migranes, the hot flashes and its like 3 days a month of being sick I am on the last day now and yesterday was so bad. I am due to visit my gyno on the 15 of September . Last visit he told me I was starting the changes however it could take up to 3 years to fully end. I will say this to all young girls who cannot wait to they get their period they do not know what they are not missing. On a personal note my younger dd Cailtin is sadly following my footsteps and I feel so bad for her. Ok ladies thanks for the vent.. Peace to my period ending . Catherine
