I googled Micheal Vick and under the wikapedia profile he read that in 2001 he was already involved in Dog fighting as it was reported by his father , while his mother denied any dog fighting at all. It also said that in 2001 when he signed the huge 38 million dollar contract he used some of the money to help support the dog fighting business. So to me he was making soooo much money more then most of us will ever see it was not enough, he had to use some of that money to run a illegial business and where he caused so many innocent lifes of those poor abused dogs. So in my book he deserves no second chance , those innocent dogs did not get a second chance. Like I said before with all that money he was earning he could have sadly used it to prevent those horrific acts of volience towards those animals. Yes a second chance at life of course, but not given the opportunity to ever play the sport he loved dearly... Karma will come his way, those animals did not die in vain. So if anyone has a chance please google his name and read it for yourself. Done on this subject too sad to even think about it anymore . No peace here. Catherine
