I live in MA and love the change of seasons, the proximity of the ocean, and the abundance of conservation areas that are beautiful to hike.

I love that we have a variety of ethnic restaurants, including Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Brazilian, Laotian, Japanese, Italian, French, Northern Indian, Southern Indian, Thai, Korean, Greek, Lebanese, and an authentic Mexican taquería all within 15 minutes or so of our house. I love that we are close to Boston and can enjoy the museums, ballet, music, and other cultural events there. I also like that we can take a long weekend trip to NYC pretty easily.

About the only thing I don't like about our town is that it is pretty politically conservative.

Oh, edited to add something unique. A number of buildings in my town are buildings portrayed in The Simpsons TV show. Our library is the town hall in the show and our Zesty Pizza shop is the basis for Zesty Pizza on The Simpsons. There are other buildings too. The guy who draws the backgrounds for The Simpsons grew up in my town.
