I live in Central Maine. I would say that I love the change of seasons. Although, after four months of cold and snow, the only thing most Mainers think about is the warmth of summer. I love being able to not lock my car doors, or even my front door. I also enjoy the small town atmosphere, and being able to spend a day in the mountains, and then travel a few hours and spend the day at the ocean. I would say one of my biggest dislikes is that it costs so much to fly out of the closest airport to us (Bangor). We love to travel, but the cost to fly often keeps us close to home.
