I don't mean this snarky, but so what? The Constitution is a living document. That's why we have amendments and the Supreme Court to interpret the laws. If everything were set in stone we wouldn't need either.

Do you know the the majority of the founding fathers were Episcopalian? Do you mean we should we all become Episcopalian and base US laws on Episcopalian practices?
